At Côte Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on unopened or gently used products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and products are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
