What is the shipping timeframe for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, Côte Beauty is proud to be 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We do not test on animals, nor do we use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulations.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is at least 50% full.
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey directly from the carrier's website.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more international destinations in the near future.
